Q: I have always faced a big problem
imagining what the design would be after the construction of my
villa?
Architectural designs have been
improved in the last few years that we now use new 3D architecture
programs that make a virtual model for the designed building using
decoration materials & showing spaces exactly as they would be.

Q: How do you asses the costs of the designs ...and is there a
difference between the cost of an administrative building and that
of a residential one?
A: The cost of a design is assessed on the basis of the kind of
the building being designed, its area, the country it's assumed to
be built in and the requirements of the project's program.
Of course the type of the building being designed does affect its
cost, as the requirements for designing a residential building are
completely different from designing a university for example and so
on.... |
